If you do not want to get the experience of dehydration then you should drink more water in a day to keep yourself hydrated.Jena Thorpehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/08102516121825028391noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2420331684625962066.post-31757767726730422732012-05-16T22:30:27.139+01:002012-05-16T22:30:27.139+01:00If it's any comfort, I have the same problem. ...If it's any comfort, I have the same problem. I was still going "ow, ow" three days after my last decent workout (also, need to find time to do that again, grr).Anonymoushttps://www.blogger.com/profile/13995815496349655791noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2420331684625962066.post-40099679539006119662012-05-16T17:30:14.956+01:002012-05-16T17:30:14.956+01:00... you know, if just eating a lot after a workout...... you know, if just eating a lot after a workout worked, I wouldn't be sore today, considering how much I ate for dinner on Monday night as soon as I got home from the gym. Also, it isn't so much the next day that bugs me, it's the day after that which is getting me down.

I know I'm not an elite athlete - on the other hand, I have a fair idea of what I'm doing to myself, and I am trying to build muscle. Not only that, I have a restricted diet, various medical issues, and most of the research I found was done on non-athletes. Your doubt vs scientific research? Sure, it may not work for me, and I'll waste a few swallows of water and whatever the cost of a bottle of it is. That's a pretty weak reason not to try.ysabethttps://www.blogger.com/profile/00488082397693052250noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2420331684625962066.post-66160443582412887272012-05-16T13:45:26.091+01:002012-05-16T13:45:26.091+01:00You aren't an elite athlete so I doubt consumi...You aren't an elite athlete so I doubt consuming BCAAs is going to have a noticeable effect. Just eat a shitload after you work out and you won't feel so sore the next dayAnonymousnoreply@blogger.com
